all brands of guitars and other stringed instruments.

A good starting point is to email us some pictures of the repair needed, along with a description and we can send you a repair quote with cost and time required.

When you are ready to send it in we will email you and RA# ( Return Authorization Number )

We can set up a time to speak on the phone to discuss.
We can schedule a phone appointment almost anytime including, early AM, evenings and weekends,

Our bench labor rate is $150/hr. Simple repairs can usually be done in a week or so, while more complex repairs and refinishing can take several weeks.

For orders shipped and billed within the USA:
-Our terms are prepayment
-We accept major credit cards.
-You can email your credit card info or fax your credit card info to 845-350-4002.
-Be sure to include the full 16 digit credit card number, expiration date and 3 digit security code on the back of the card.
-You can also use Paypal (use this email address)

For orders shipped or billed outside of the USA, we require bank wire transfer or US$ money order in advance.
